How you get paid.

When, how much, where to, and what happens if something goes wrong. Published before anyone has paid us anything.

Pipstone Funded is a trading-skill evaluation programme.

All trading takes place on simulated accounts using live market data. No real capital is allocated and no trade reaches a real market. Traders who pass receive performance rewards, paid from Pipstone Funded's own funds, of up to 100% of their simulated profits.

The timeline

  1. 1 You passAt capacity, you wait no more than 14 days for your funded account.
  2. 2 Payouts open 14 days after your account is funded, then every 14 days.KYC at your first payout, not at purchase.
  3. 3 You requestOpen positions stay open and are not counted. Your request uses your closed balance only.
  4. 4 A valid request is approved within 48 hours.Sent as soon as it is approved.
  5. 5 PaidTo GCash, Maya, PayPal, Skrill or USDT — your choice.

Your split rises on each completed payout; the fee is refunded on the second.

The payout floor

The days other than your best must add up to 1.0% of your starting balance before your first payout, 1.5% before your second, and 2.0% from your third on. It is never a breach: if it isn't met yet, keep trading.

How you pay, and how you get paid

Paying for an evaluation: USDT on TRC20. That is the only rail we can offer today — we do not have a card or e-wallet gateway partner yet, and we would rather say that than pretend it is a philosophy.

Getting paid: your choice of GCash, Maya, PayPal, Skrill or USDT. Payout methods are saved once at pipstone.ai and shared by all our products.

When a payout doesn't go through

Your payout is held — nothing is lost

If the floor isn't met yet, your profit stays in your account. Request again as soon as it is met — you don't wait another 14 days.

Your payout couldn't be delivered

Your payout method refused the transfer. The money has not left us and is still owed to you.

Who answers, and how fast

Breach disputes answered within 24 hours. A valid payout request is approved within 48 hours. Email and ticket only — we do not run a live chat.

Why a payout can't go yet

  • PAYOUTS_PAUSED Payouts are paused → It keeps its place in this cycle
  • ACCOUNT_ENDED The account has ended → See why the account ended
  • KYC_NOT_APPROVED Identity check isn't approved yet → Email support to verify your identity
  • NO_PAYOUT_METHOD No payout method saved → Add a payout method at pipstone.ai
  • PAYOUT_FLOOR_NOT_MET Payout floor not met yet → Keep trading
  • WINDOW_NOT_OPEN Your payout window hasn't opened yet → Request when your window opens
  • SANCTIONS_REVIEW Sanctions check → Email support
  • SANCTIONS_REFUSED Did not clear the sanctions check → Email support
  • SPLIT_INCONSISTENT · LADDER_INCONSISTENT We couldn't work out this payout. → Email support
  • RAIL_REJECTED Your payout couldn't be delivered → Check your payout method at pipstone.ai

Not refusals: why nothing is paid yet

  • NOTHING_TO_PAY Nothing to pay yet → Keep trading
  • PAYOUT_IN_FLIGHT Your last payout is still on its way → It is approved once the last one is done
  • REQUEST_CLOSED This cycle's payout is already on its way → See this payout
  • REQUEST_FAILED Your request didn't go through → Try again

There is no other reason a payout can be refused.

Getting your fee back.

If you pay and your account does not appear

We retry automatically. Most provisioning delays are a confirmation still landing on-chain and resolve on their own.

If we can't open your account within 24 hours, your refund starts automatically. You don't need to ask.

Changed your mind before your first trade?

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not placed a trade.

Fee refunded in full on your second completed payout.
